Green Room
The Green Room is the smallest room out of all three bedrooms, it has a garden view and faces to the north. It is situated closest to the bathroom and toilet,
If you like you can have the 2 single beds set separated, or put together as a double bed. The bed linen and a bathroom towel are provided.
You will be sharing the other facilities with the other guests: a bathroom, toilet, equipped kitchen, living room and garden.

Sunrise Room
The Sunrise Room is the middle sized room, it looks out to the front garden and the street. It faces to the south so there is a lot of sunlight coming in during the day. It is situated next to the kitchen, accessible from the living room.
If you like you can have the 2 single beds set separated, or put together as a double bed. The bed linen and a bathroom towel are provided.

Sunset Room
The Sunset Room is the biggest room out of all three bedrooms, it has a wide open garden view. It is situated next to the bathroom.
If you like you can have the 2 single beds set separated, or put together as a double bed. The bed linen and a bathroom towel are provided.
You will be sharing the other facilities with the other guests: bathroom, toilet, equipped kitchen, living room and garden.

Entire place
Have the entire upstairs: 3 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, toilet and the living room to yourself. There is a second (outdoor) toilet and shower with hot water.

Facilities:
There is parking space at the property, or in the small street across the house.
There is a picnic table in the garden, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, 2 chaises longues, and a second teck table with chairs in the back of the garden.

* In Hossegor there is a tourist tax to be paid of 3,85€ per person per night. (from 13 years old).
This tax is not included in the price and will be asked to be paid at check in. (Registration number: 40304000306NC)

** A cleaning fee of 20€ together with a warranty fee of 500€ for each room will be added to your bill.
For the entire place the cleaning fee is 90€ and warranty fee 1500€.
Normally you will get the warranty fee back at the end of your stay.
